They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources. To gain the BSB51918 – Diploma of Leadership and Management a successful assessment outcome for the following 12 units must be achieved

There are no formal pre-requisites; however preferred pathways include the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB42015) or other relevant qualifications / vocational experience. There are no limitations to entry based on age, gender, physical ability, social and educational background.
