Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources. To gain the BSB51915 – Diploma of Leadership and Management a successful assessment outcome for the following 12 units must be achieved

There are no formal pre-requisites; however preferred pathways include the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB42015) or other relevant qualifications / vocational experience. There are no limitations to entry based on age, gender, physical ability, social and educational background.
