This qualification covers the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, analyse, evaluate, design and modify automotive electrical and mechanical systems. It is suitable for those working in the automotive service and repair industry at the forefront of the implementation of new technologies.
To gain the AUR50216 – Diploma of Automotive Technology, a successful assessment outcome for 12 units must be achieved

|Delivery Mode:||Face to face; classroom. Assessment methods will be gathered by way of written tests, projects and observations.|
|Duration:||This course will be delivered over a period of 52 weeks including 12 weeks of holidays
Theory & Practical Face to Face Delivery – 800 hours = 20 hours per week x 40 weeks
|Assessment:||Methods for assessment include written Q&A, observations, practical assignments or projects.
